Toni Romero is the chef-owner of Suculent, one of Barcelona's most beloved restaurants and a reference for deeply flavour-driven Mediterranean cuisine. After training at acclaimed restaurants including elBulli, Arzak, Akelarre, and Maison Pic, he developed a personal style rooted in tradition, craftsmanship, and honest, intense flavours.

Under his leadership, Suculent has been recognised by the Michelin Guide and 50 Best Discovery. Romero also received the 2 Knives distinction at The Best Chef Awards in both 2024 and 2025, confirming his place among the leading figures in contemporary gastronomy.
